TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DEAFNESS RESPONSIBLY: FOCUS ON THE MOST VULNERABLE YOUTHS TO BUILD UP BUSINESS EMPIRES

The common slogan for the youths read; Youths are the Leaders of Tomorrow, this is just a mere sentence because, today, youths are no longer leaders but destroyers in the making, youths can alone be leaders of tomorrow if properly and responsibly groomed.

At youthful age, potentials in youths only needs minor grooming to yield forth, they can whirl tools appropriately if made available.

The most vulnerable among our youths are the DEAF, at every occasion such as in the labour market, job placement, social gathering and etc, they are the least to enjoy attention due to their nature of disability but our society knew not that they are merely slowing down development because these Deaf youths are great assets towards fast-tracking development.

Research shows that, CONCENTRATION moves business, the Deaf have 99% concentration ability because they hardly encounter distraction based on their nature of disability. At places of work and business, the Deaf are the most irresponsibly used among employees because they are so productive based on their level of concentration and strength. As they are being used irresponsibly, their level of competence rises to supersede their able counterparts as they become lazy due to over-dependence on the Deaf.

At every establishment the Deaf are involved, they are always the most productive, and it’s the enviousness and lack of respect to Human Rights that makes the able counterparts see no reason to elevate the Deaf to the position of a leader. But, indirectly, the Deaf rules based on their capabilities.

Why should you see the Deaf as nobody while you are making use of their talents to your own advantage?

Check your working, business and social environments; if there’s any Deaf you are enjoying his/her talents without good courtesy aftermath, change your attitude towards such individual, enjoy the advantages from the blessed individuals responsibly, be appreciative and respectful towards them, pay them entitlements as deemed fit to encourage them to be more productive instead of taking them for granted which in turn usually ignite their wrath.

A clarion call on the society to responsibly take advantage of these peculiar Deaf Youths towards building business empires, offer them jobs, invest in them by empowering them with necessary tools and see how your money doubles.

All you need to do is, show them how and see how they will implement their ideas towards advancement.

The question you might want to ask is, how can they cope with their hearing loss as communication is necessary at every occasion? I will also want to ask you, of what benefit is someone who can communicate effectively without rich ideas?

By gesturing and writing, these peculiar people are always good to go and, your ability to communicate with their sign language is a value-added, endeavour to learn their language.

Groom the Deaf Youth by giving them access to where they will be productive, the neglect and discrimination they suffers within the family and society turn them to hooligans and they are injecting their ideas in hooliganism towards their sustenance.

Let’s build up a responsible inclusive society which in turn will help fast-track development at all levels. Invest in the Deaf Youths.
